how can i run again?
my patellar tendon and ligaments(i think the mcl/lcl) are stretched out and the doctor said not to run ever again but a specialist suggested supportive knee braces. what kind of brace would provide support? neoprene or elastic? if i run without anything my knees give out and its extremely painful. where is a good place to get braces that won't cost me a fortune?
I would say a brace with supportive but moveable splints in it. You can go to a spots store and ask for a supportive knee brace designed for running. Have you ever considered corrective surgery? Good luck hope this helps!
